Autonomous pallet handling
One pallet to move, then another. When those trips repeat all day, transport becomes a job of its own. The MP2000 handles recurring transfers so your team can focus on receiving, preparation and production.

Between storage, workstations and shipping areas, every route needs a clear starting point and destination. The MP2000 is designed to move pallets between these areas. With Kuby, start by identifying the most frequent trips and the times when they tie up your team.

The robot identifies load carriers and adjusts its approach. PUDU specifies alignment correction for offsets up to 15 cm and angles up to 15°. Compatibility should be checked with your actual pallets, including dimensions, fork openings, condition and load distribution.

Navigation combines 3D LiDAR and vision. For a 90° pickup, PUDU specifies a 2 m aisle with a 1,200 × 1,000 mm pallet oriented along the forks. A site assessment must also account for the load, intersections and traffic around the robot.

Manual mode allows an operator to intervene when the situation calls for it.
PUDU Link and integration interfaces can trigger missions. Automatic door and elevator connections are optional and require assessment.
Sensors and cameras help detect obstacles. Site traffic rules and operating procedures remain an essential part of deployment.

No. The MP2000 handles pallets. It complements Kuby cleaning solutions by addressing a different task: moving goods.
Its stated maximum lift height is 200 ± 5 mm. It is designed for floor-level pallet transport, not high-level rack storage.
The choice between 620 mm and 550 mm depends on your pallets and their fork openings. Share their dimensions and photos with Kuby to guide the assessment.
Describe your loads, pallet types, distances, narrow passages and transfers per shift. This helps define a route that reflects your everyday work.
A useful automation project starts with a specific task. Kuby helps you assess the site, select a configuration and prepare your team to use it.
